Implantology with precision, experience, and gentle care
Our approach to implant treatments is based on a structured, evidence-based concept.
I generally perform implant procedures using a classic surgical technique—carefully and minimally invasive—guided by detailed 3D imaging (CBCT). The gum tissue is opened only slightly, allowing for accurate and gentle placement with minimal trauma.
With experience and precise anatomical planning, I place each implant where it will offer the best long-term stability and function. In complex cases, I may use a surgical guide, but even then, the procedure remains controlled and tissue-conscious.
To assess implant stability, we use a cutting-edge device from Neoss called “Penguin.” This provides real-time feedback on the bone-to-implant connection—immediately after placement and again when the crown is placed—giving both patient and clinician valuable assurance.
Gingival management – gentle and effective
Another key focus is soft tissue management. I make sure to preserve sufficient attached gingiva around the implant to ensure long-term health.
Unlike many others, we largely avoid painful connective tissue grafts from the palate. Instead, we use refined techniques and specialized grafting materials to achieve excellent results—without subjecting patients to unnecessary discomfort.
Proven long-term success
We primarily use Camlog implants, a highly respected system with outstanding clinical results. In our practice, over 98% of implants remain fully functional even after 10 years—with the vast majority free of complications.
Many of our patients are pleasantly surprised by how little pain or swelling they experience post-surgery—especially when compared to stories from other treatments elsewhere.
This is no coincidence. We work with precision, empathy, and a clear goal: to make your experience as positive and comfortable as possible.
