Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Reliable scheduling – fair for everyone
To provide all our patients with carefully planned and well-organized care, reliable scheduling is essential.
Please take note of our cancellation policy:
Cancellation notice
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance – via SMS or email.
This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients, especially those in pain or with urgent needs.
No-show fee
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a no-show fee.
This reflects the time that was reserved exclusively for you.
Why this policy matters
Uncancelled appointments leave valuable time unused – even though many patients are waiting for urgent care.
By cancelling on time, you help us use that time to help others.
This policy is also clearly posted in our practice as part of our internal guidelines.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
